Since May 2010
I am part of the global project „meet your neighbours
- MYN“.
This is a photographic initiative which was started by naturephotographers
Niall Benvie (Scotland) and Clay Bolt (USA). To increase our appreciation
for the wild nature around us, animals and plant of our surroundings
will be presented in an extraordinary way – more details please
refer to www.meetyourneighbours.net
Together with experts of GNOR and POLLICHIA I
made images of the native species of Rhineland-Palatinate.
These two nature conservation organisations identify the
species, which were shown.
Some species are relatively abundant in Rhineland-Palatinate
and well known to nature lovers, others are less common
or inconspicuous and are therefore less appreciated in their
beauty and gracefullness.Supported
by the foundation Nature and Environment Rhineland-Palatinate
the images will be presented in an exhibition touring Rhineland-Palatinate.
Next exhibition: until mid of January
2012 at Pfalzmuseum
in Bad Dürkheim
